Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: The Yaffe Companies Inc. in Muskogee, OK
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and don’t mind juggling a few different tasks throughout the day, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accounts payable data entry
- Filing and keeping records organized
- Helping with month-end tasks
- Handling some basic receptionist duties
- Building and submitting deposits
- Sorting out billing and payment issues with vendors
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or similar work
- Good attention to detail (you catch the little things!)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Comfortable using Excel
- Organized and able to manage your time well
- Reliable and able to handle sensitive info responsibly
- Good communication skills
Accounts Receivable Clerk

We’re looking for someone organized, detail-loving, and not afraid of numbers to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. If you enjoy keeping things balanced (literally), you might be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sending out invoices and making sure they’re accurate
- Tracking incoming payments and updating records
- Reconciling accounts and helping keep everything in order
- Working with our team to sort out any billing issues
- Building and maintaining sales contracts
- Processing and managing sales orders
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience with accounting, bookkeeping, or similar work
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic accounting software
- Good communication skills (you’ll be talking to customers!)
- Attention to detail—you catch the little things others miss
- Reliable and able to stay on top of deadlines
